Welcome to the Pad! This is your home away from home right in the hustle & bustle of New Paltz! The Pad is a recently re-imagined apartment with mid century modern charm! Located in the village, the pad sleeps 4 on 1 queen bed and 1 memory foam pull out sofa. The bathroom is beautifully modern and the kitchen is equipped for cooking! The apartment (1 flight up) is completely yours and has a private entrance! We welcome well-behaved pets! Walk to hiking trails at the new Millbrook Preserve!

Our apartment is 6 miles from downtown New Paltz on a quiet and private setting only 1.5 hours from New York City, in the heart of Hudson Valley's Wine Country and apple/peach orchards. 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen living room and front porch. Fridge is stocked with eggs, bread, cheese, coffee, wine. We have a large HD screen TV and Roku, but no local cable. 7 miles from Mohonk Preserve and 10 miles from Gunks climbing area, and great Cross-country skiing. Self check-in

Our private apartment is within a charming cape cod house with everything you need for a getaway to the Hudson Valley. Approximately 425 sq ft. apartment includes a bedroom, bathroom and eat in kitchen. 1 mile from center of New Paltz and 5 minutes walk to rail trail and Huguenot street. Bedroom has queen size bed, brand new mattress as of May2025, 40" flat screen smart tv. Full kitchen with everything you need and parking for up to 2 cars. Patio area has two chairs and a gas grill.

Sunset Garden Room in High Falls

Welcome to the Sunset Garden room. You will be staying in a hand built studio apartment featuring a Queen bed, a kitchenette, a small table, and a sitting/reading nook. There is a well lit handicap accessible private entrance, and sliding glass doors to a bluestone patio. The bathroom features a wheelchair accessible shower, and a soaking tub. You will be walking distance from the town , with a fine selection of eateries and shops . Nature abounds, with close access to trails.
