Cute, clean, and bright! Steps to the beach. Walking distance to Chases famous raw bar and many other shops and restaurants. Queen size bed in private bedroom with a pull out couch in the living room. Kitchen is attached to the living room giving it an open floor plan. There is a common area in the back that has the laundry facility as well as a grill. Guest must provide their own propane. The washer and dryer are free but also available to others so please do not leave clothes unattended.

Welcome to our quaint small town feel studio apartment. When you book please add the appropriate amount of guests/pets. Amenities included are hot plate, refrigerator and toaster oven. Does not have an oven. Shared courtyard/patio area with long term tenants (they have a small friendly dog ). Has an outdoor patio with table/chairs/umbrella. 2 bicycles for use. Close to the river (5 min walk), 3 mile from downtown NSB & canal st. and 10-15 min drive to NSB beach and Flagler Ave.

As you approach the house you'll be greeted by the twin tiki huts and the inviting swimming pool. You might be tempted to drop everything and head straight into the hammock or pool, but we encourage you to take a deep breath, settle in, and welcome to island time where life moves a little slower, and relaxation last a little longer.
