A 10 minute scenic drive away is the famous New Smyrna Beach where you can enjoy the beautiful beaches, Florida has to offer. A quick 25 minute drive to Daytona Beach. 3 Kayaks are available for free during your stay.

With immediate access to Ponce Inlet, Deepwater Dock, 9K lb Boat Lift (can be requested for long term guests)…..World Class fishing doesn't get any easier! Located at the southernmost tip of Ponce Inlet, our home, is one of only five waterfront homes on a beautiful protected cove overlooking Disappearing Island and its amazing sunsets.

Kayaking, biking, and the beautiful sunrise are just a short walk from your front door. Beautiful New Smyrna Beach and the city's quaint shopping district are just a 10-15min drive north. The space center & Orlando theme parks are 1.5hr from your front door.

Three Waters Beach Condo

Watch the sunrise on the beach and the sunset on the river. This ground level beach condo sits in between the beach and the Indian River on the south end of New Smyrna Beach. Adjacent to Bethune Park with volleyball, pickle ball, basketball, playgrounds and pavilions. Watch the manatees come in each morning to feed only a quick walk way. Another highlight is JB's Fish Camp a few blocks away with delicious seafood, drinks and live music. Heated pool is right out the condo back door!

A relaxing beach paradise with private pool & jacuzzi is centrally located in New Smyrna Beach. One block away from the beach and just 6 minute drive to Flagler Ave. Listen to the ocean from the pool area while sitting by the fire pit. Spacious pool deck for eating and entertaining. Bring your boat for fishing or cruise the intercoastal and watch the dolphins. We are pet friendly upon request but do charge a pet fee. Onsite parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.
