On landmark block in historic north Crown Heights. Technically, like all NYC listings, the space is "shared," but entrance/room/bathroom are private.

Bedroom #3, located on the 3rd floor, has a queen size bed. Can accommodate 2 guests ($45 per night for first guest and $35 per night for 1 additional guest) We have one security camera located in the living room/kitchen area, one facing the garage, one facing the private parking, and one facing the main front entry. They will all be on during your stay. NO SHOES INSIDE! IMPORTANT: UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED! ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
