At night relax in the backyard under a beautifully lit gazebo. This house is also equipped with an office set up to make it easy to work from your home away from home.

Fully renovated, our 2 bedroom yellow cottage sleeps four. French doors in the kitchen provide bright light, which will welcome you to the patio in the backyard with a grill. You'll find it easy to relax and unwind, whether you're in town for work or play. Downtown Evansville is only 15 minutes away & Gateway Hospital only 5 minutes.

This is our personal home we use when lucky enough to be in the area. Our daughter married a sweet young man from here & we fell in love with this beautiful, friendly community and its adorable waterfront and downtown areas. We designed everything about this cottage to be exactly what we want & need, & we hope you appreciate all our thoughtful touches. Relax at this peaceful place to stay & enjoy Newburgh! Our location is also a great base for exploring Evansville, Owensboro, & Henderson.

Little Monticello

Little Monticello is a spacious 3 bedroom home one block away from the beautiful river front. Great walking paths. Walking distance to downtown Newburgh dining and shops. The master bedroom has a king size bed , bedroom # 2 has a queen size bed and dressing table. Bedroom #4 has a full size bed.. Bedrooms 1&2 have TV’s in them. The side porch is great for relaxing or hanging out with the little ones. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the kitchen area behind the barn door.

Located right on the riverfront in downtown Newburgh. Perfect access for walking, hiking, running, or bike riding on the popular riverfront trail. With epic views of the Ohio River including a 2nd story balcony view of beautiful sunrises and sunsets, our stylish loft apartment is located directly over Honey Moon Coffee shop. Please note that the loft is above a coffee shop that opens at 7am each day and you will hear some noise. 2 complimentary drip coffees are included with your stay!

You will be welcomed by 3,400 square foot updated home. Great for families, and business travelers yet cozy enough for 2-4 as downstairs sleeps up to 4, full bath, dedicated work space. Upstairs has 3 more bedrooms, 2 full baths, bedroom suite great for kids, 1 full bed and bunk beds full bottom, twin top. Trundle under bunk beds only for toddler. Please review photos as house sleeps 11, we only have 7 beds, 3 being in kids suite. Game room w/ PacMan, toys. Have central air & heat.
