Quiet top floor flat close to Metro Station

Quiet top floor flat situated five minutes from Jesmond Metro. Very convenient for events like the Great North Run and just a short walk to the Wylam Brewery. Not suitable for children or for people who make a lot of noise. Definitely no parties. Please respect the other people who live in this building - especially at night! On the plus side, there’s a decent coffee machine, and a couple of good cafetières so if you like a morning brew you should find that you’re spoilt for choice! ☕️

This little oasis of green is in a super handy location on the edge of the greenbelt, yet near the Team Valley, Metrocentre and Newcastle.
