The Pelly: An adorable one bedroom near everything

The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

(not whole house) Basement Suite with Jetted tub

***We have a toddler at home, you might hear him once in a while, but he usually goes to bed by 9pm. Welcome to our cozy master suite with jetted tub in the basement level. Including a King-size bed and a sofa bed (full size) that fits a total of 3-4. Please do not bring your own guest and only people on the reservation are allowed. It is a bit cold given the location and how the house was built. Unfortunately our flat is not Children and Pet friendly, and we have zero child safety equipment.

Sea Forever Beach Cottage

A relaxing 20-minute ferry trip from West Seattle or Water Taxi from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private cozy, Studio cottage with sweeping views of the Sound. Watch the ferries go by, relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, a forest hiking trail with sea and Mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Please note: The parking lot is a few minute walk from the cottage.

Mercer Island Gem in the Middle of a Forest

Located on the first floor of a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom mid-century house, complete with original architectural details, period furniture, a working stereo system and a small collection of LPs to get you in the groove. The space overlooks a secluded yard of old growth trees, stone paths and patio. Queen bed, WiFi, full kitchen, private bathroom with shower, combo washer/dryer, and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed in living room. Two steps lead to a sunken living room, otherwise all on one level.

Welcome to two bedroom suite in a very convenient location - 13 miles to downtown Seattle, 12 miles to SEATAC airport. The beautiful, luxurious two story house is located on the top of the hill in an upscaled neighborhood overlocking the green belt and lake Washington with beautiful views. The suite is newly remodeled in-law type with private entrance. It is about 1650 sq ft with two bedrooms, two beds and a full bathroom with heated floor, air-condition, good sized living room and kitchen.

Welcome to our cozy guesthouse ADU located in the walkout basement of our newly built home. A quiet & safe neighborhood with quick access to highways 405 and 520. You can easily explore nearby Bellevue, Kirkland and the greater Seattle area. Please note, our Airbnb is located beneath our kitchen. We want to be upfront & transparent about this to set accurate expectations. Our weekdays start at 6.30/7am and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise.

Please note - no lake or dock access available at this property. The apartment is in the basement of our house, but you'll have exclusive access to it via a separate entrance. We live in the house upstairs, so will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Tranquil Studio On The Deck Behind The House

This guest suite used to be the master bedroom of the house, separated to become an independent unit after remodel. It's small but has plenty space for resting, working, dining or enjoy a cup of coffee. The unit has its own entrance at back of the house. The deck overlooks the tranquil green belt. As the house is at the top of the hill, walk to the sidewalk after parking at night, the beautiful Bellevue city light is a scene worth remembering.
