Come and relax in this beautiful newly built cabin, that overlooks the Salmon River and a spectacular ocean view. In the mornings, while sitting on the deck enjoying your cup of coffee you just might happen to see a whale breach, or salmon jumping. This cozy little cabin is perfect for couples or families that want to come and unwind. We are about a 2 minute drive from Port Rexton Brewery, Skerwink Trail, and the Fox Island Trail. The Cozy - In Chance Cove, Ocean Front Cottage

A cozy ocean side cottage, about an hour outside of St John's NL, you find this little piece of paradise where you can relax and enjoy amazing ocean views. In season you can see whales right from back deck, Minke and Humpbacks. When the Caplin are rolling you can see them all along the beach and the trails beaches. Or maybe just relax and listen to the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the beach. Just a short walk along the beach and you are at the start of the Chance Cove coastal trail.

Sitting on the hill of a small outport fishing community just 50 minutes south of St. John’s with breathtaking panoramic ocean views! Just a short walk down the hill you’ll have access to East Coast trails that take you north and south. Stroll around the cove to take in the scenic views or head to the island to get front row seats watching the locals fish and whales play! Be the first to watch the sun rise along the coast sipping your morning coffee or enjoy peaceful evenings on the deck!

Salt Spray Landing - A Cottage by the Ocean

Located on the south shore of the scenic Bay of Islands, Salt Spray Landing offers guests a tranquil, completely private retreat in a cottage situated between mountains and ocean. Take the private path down to the beach and walk along the shoreline to enjoy the incredible view. Fire up the BBQ, relax in the barrel sauna, or light a fire in the outdoor fire pit and let your senses indulge in the natural setting. From here, you can catch one of the most spectacular sunsets on the island!
