One bedroom cottage in Normans cove a fishing village just an hour outside of St. John's. Queen bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. One and a half bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen, living room, large decks with a barbecue and lounge furniture. It has all amenities, including cable, internet, and an eclectic collection of books. This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! Located right on the Fox Island Trail! This retro themed home is small with a big presence! Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The harbour is a highly sought location and photographed daily by visitors who pass by. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!

On the Sea. A cozy bunky with double bed .. a large window and glass door looking at our cliffside with a private little porch. Off the porch is a sink with running water, but as part of the compound all amenities are available incl full washroom. We are located conveniently on the Southern Shore, close enough to St. John's, Petty Harbour, Ferryland, Trepassy and even St. Vincent for day excursions. The BUNKY is located next to the Cabin, Barn and Teepee on the property.
