Newlyn/Penzance beach, harbour & coast path a 3-4 minute walk down hill with Art galleries, shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs & an independent cinema. Penzance Town, Scilly Isles Ferry & Train/bus station is an beautiful 20-25 min walk along Penzance seafront

Situated on the art school hill with harbour & Mounts Bay views. 10 min walk downhill to Newlyn’s shops, bars, restaurants, gallery & cinema, with a steep return. Not suitable for children or pets.
