Fisherman's clifftop cottage from around 1890, renovated, original beams, wood-burning stove make a cosy retreat. Accommodation on ground floor: open plan living room & kitchen provide sociable space, bedroom, shower room. Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV. Private car parking. The village bay is a sheltered spot to relax, listen to the sea; or walk along the clifftop path to the beautiful golden sands of Cruden Bay and golf course. Shops, pubs, services 3 miles. A little different to what we normally do on Airbnb, pre-covid this was our much loved home. I would say our taste is eclectic as we love to mix antique furniture with new, industrial and things Peter has built himself (including a concrete Island to host evenings with family & friends) with key investment pieces. We are local artists enthusiasts as you will see. This apartment is very much about together time, there is a 55-inch tv for movie nights and a collection of board games to suit all.

'The Byre' a 1 Bedroom Cottage in the Countryside

The Byre at Butterywells Farm is a converted byre located next to our farmhouse, which dates back over two hundred years. The Byre is a fully equipped self catering holiday cottage with many original features. The Byre is wheelchair accessible with its own parking area. Set in 2 acres of mature gardens containing walks, secluded seating areas and a small lochan. Experience country living whilst only being a 15 min drive from the centre of Aberdeen. Not just dogs are welcome but horses too.

Idyllic Bothy with log burning stove

An idyllic 200 year old Bothy located in the North-East of Scotland, some say similar to the cottage from the movie "The Holiday". Situated in a quiet and secluded area of Pitmedden, known as Old Seaton Village. We can provide shuttle services to nearby popular amenities - prior notice required. Well behaved dogs are welcome but are not allowed on the furniture. Dogs must be kept on a lead within the property grounds and surrounding area and must not be left unattended in the bothy.

The cottage has spectacular views, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). A small enclosed yard to the rear and a bench and parking area to the front. Included in the price is electricity and heating, a basket of logs and kindling for the log burning stove in the cottage, cupboard items such as tea, coffee. There is a smart tv, should you wish to use it (the view is the best tv!) and WiFi. The house is a traditional fishing cottage in a quiet village situated on the NE250 route.
