6 acre Ocean Bluff Cottage -Dog friendly & EV

A rare and spiritual healing place with stunning oceanfront views from a 6-acre bluff paradise. Watch whales and bald eagles from the hot tub. The cottage is heated by propane and also has a wood burning stove. We offer the option of wine, flowers, rose petals on bed and balloons for wedding proposals, anniversaries, birthdays etc - ask for our price list. We are pet friendly and charge an additional $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. There is a home 100 ft away that shares the 6 acres. No TV.

The Navarro House is situated on the Mendocino coast with an unobstructed view where the Navarro River reaches the Pacific Ocean. Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. The hot tub and BBQ/ Fire pit area is shared with the guest house which sits below. This is a place to reflect, relax and recharge. The Osprey Aerie (nest) is a sun-filled second story apartment overlooking a flower & fruit tree filled yard. The yard is often shared with our playful tuxedo cat, Felix, and McNab Shepherd, Blossom. A private deck w/ two outdoor chairs & table allow for comfortable outdoor dining while overlooking the large open garden. Our other listing "The Photographer's Studio", is an independent unit without full kitchen on the first floor.
