A true B&B experience! I must be updated on your ETA so I am home to show you to the suite. Check in is between 1-3 (I can be flexible). Continental breakfast, snacks and more. To occupy the 3rd floor suite you must pass thru my living room, and carry your luggage up 2 sets of stairs to enjoy a King bed, private bath, and sitting room. Heating and A/C, one off street parking space. Walking distance to the Newport ferry, beach, shops, restaurants. Inside voices after 11pm. State Reg #04975-ST

The Garden Terrace room is special. Offering unique charm and very special privacy. Features an outside private entrance to your room. A private cobble stoned patio with a water fountain, queen bed, kitchenette for your convenience. Decorated in a safari theme. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes or stay by the pool. Newport mansions Public Baikeys Beach area a 10 minute walk. Downtown a 2 mile Uber. In the off season, the pool & hot tub shut down for winter and re-open Memorial Day weekend.

Gardenview B&B is located on a quiet residential street in Newport, RI. We have a large garden with many perennials and annuals as well as a fish pond for our guests to enjoy. We offer two quiet rooms with private whirlpool baths, air conditioning, and color cable TV. We serve a full breakfast each morning all made from scratch including chocolate chip orange scones, blueberry pancakes, and fresh squeezed orange juice.
