Our wonderful chalet, close to the water, and a private beach within a 5 min walk, is an ideal escape destination for any couple or family. Our open A-framed home has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a jacuzzi and comfortable beds and linens. It's well prepared for families. We have beach gear along with a backyard with a picnic table and large Weber grill. Our place is a 4 min drive from Historic Wickford with great restaurants. We are sure you will love our vacation home as much as we do!

My place is: -less than a 5 min walk to First beach -15 min walk to Second beach. -1 mile walk/drive to the start of the cliff walk. -2 miles to downtown Newport. Avoid overpriced hotels and come get cozy at K & K's place. Enjoy walks on the BEST beaches (2nd & 3rd, avoiding red seaweed 1st beach). Find some peace and quiet amidst our serene setting, but just a stones throw from bustling Newport (avoid that congestion and the parking nightmare!)

Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this enormous centrally located loft. On our block we have the best coffee bar in Newport, three of the best local pubs, artisanal groceries, tacos, soft serve, convenience stores, liquor store and fantastic breakfast restaurants. The Thames St. And Brick Market Shopping areas are a 10 minute walk as are the wharves where you can catch a sunset cruise or grab a waterside cocktail or two.
