Most guests leave car and walk or shuttle everywhere. Close to the action, but without the noise. 1 Queen and 1 queen sofa bed. Courtyard. Parking is not provided. Guest parking pass provided with stays over 6 nights. Unreported guests or pets will be charged accordingly.

My place is: -less than a 5 min walk to First beach -15 min walk to Second beach. -1 mile walk/drive to the start of the cliff walk. -2 miles to downtown Newport.
