We are at 20 -25 minutes from the village, on the quiet side of the island in a secluded area, away from the nightlife. Guests have free access to all the farm's products . The suite, in the east wing of the main house, has its own private entrance and access to the garden and the beach, 1 bedroom with a queen and a single bed, bathroom, shower, porch with dining area and kitchen. The suite has power 24h a day, mosquito nets, drinking water and maid service. Maximum 3 adults, no children.

Our two guesthouses are located in a peaceful hilltop setting surrounded by trees, near Playa Maderas. Each house is ideal for two guests, with space for one or two additional friends or children. Nearby beaches include Playa Marsella (800 m), Playa Maderas (1.3 km), and Playa Majagual (2.3 km), perfect for surfing, swimming, horseback riding, or relaxing. Shopping is available nearby and in San Juan del Sur. Affordable private car rentals can also be arranged.

The name 'Villas Vista Masaya' means 'Houses with a view to Masaya'. These homes away from home are only 1.5 km out of Masatepe, with a supermarket and the daily market for fruit and vegetables. The house is for two persons, has stable WIFI for digital nomads. The house has a panoramic view to the crater lake of Masaya and the mountains. There are trails and there is a swimming pool. It is not possible to bring your own dogs or cats.
