Guests can enjoy the entire flat which includes a large open plan living-dining area with two south-facing windows overlooking the Port of Nice and the Castle Hill. Separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom with gorgeous views All the apartment was fully renovated in the summer of 2017 and offers A/C. Listed building, period features, high floor with elevator. Guests have full access to the entire apartment. Secure parking for bicycles in the building. We are always available for our guests. We will always welcome you personally and offer you a wealth of information on the area, Nice and the region. L'appartement se trouve dans le quartier du port, à deux pas du Vieux Nice, de la Place Garibadi et de la Promenade des Anglais. Faciles d'accès, les transports en commun vous mènent facilement jusqu'à Monaco, Menton, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat ou Eze. Car parks are available in the immediate vicinity. Bike paths and buses start in front of property to all parts of town, Monaco and all coastal towns along the coast. Boat services to Corsica start at the port opposite the building.

Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

Nouveau studio au coeur du port

Nouveau studio calme pour 2 personnes dans la nouvelle résidence Port Nicea (livraison de bâtiment en juin 2020) avec une petite terrasse. Le studio est meublé. 10 min à pied de la place Garibaldi et de la vieille ville. 10-15 minutes à pied des plages. Il y a de nombreux restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, fromageries, poissonerie et boucheriesr. Près de la maison il y a des arrêts de bus pour les directions vers Cannes et Monaco et un arrêt de Tram T2 Port Limpia/Aéroport.
