It is five minutes one way to the trendy Place des Pins and Place Garibaldi, with direct tram to the airport, and 5 minutes walk the other way to the beach. On the 2nd floor, with no lift, this 55sqm apartment has a good size living and dining with a fully equipped kitchen.
