You will experience a full immersion in nature out every window and just one step out the door. Just a short ten minute drive from historic Nevada City, shopping, restaurants, theater, Deer Creek trail, Yuba River and hiking trails nearby. This studio cabin is perfect for couples or a solo retreat.

Private 1 bedroom Guest Unit. Sleeps 3 People.

This is a brand new NextGen house in Plumas Lake. This unit is the in laws unit with it's own entrance, laundry, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room and bedroom. All furniture and appliances are brand new for our guest to enjoy. 2 people sleep in the queen size bed in the bedroom. 1 person can sleep on the convertible futon in the living area. When the futon is opened and converted into a bed, the measurement is 42 x 70 inches. Guests will be provided with the new personal door keypad code.

Just outside your door awaits the pool and spa. You will have a secure two car garage to park vehicles. Take in the serenity and peace of this exclusive property!

LaCava Inn is stocked with a fully functioning kitchen, dining nook, bed cove, spacious bathroom, private balcony, and sunk in hot tub overlooking breathtaking views. A destination in itself!

This stylish place is perfect for group trips. Cost is per guest, per night, to allow for flexibility. Nestled in a serene new neighborhood, the main home has two floors. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double sinks, living area with 65” smart TV, laundry room. Downstairs: living room with 65” smart TV, dining area with large round table, full kitchen, pantry, powder room, and coat closet. Full name/age of all overnight guests must be in the reservation. The NextGen home is off limits.

Yuba City Front Unit 5 beds 1 bath w/Pool, Laundry

This mostly remodeled open floor plan 3 bed 1 bath unit has 3 Queen beds 1 queen hideabed and 1 twin size hideabed. This is the front unit (the larger of the two). This unit shares the laundry area in the garage, outdoor spaces to include the pool, and lounge areas. The pool is not heated, but is open for use year round.
