"SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. Our home is best for families, remote workers or people who like to relax after a long day.

A 700 square foot (65㎡) house with 3 bedrooms, located just a 4 minute walk to Ikebukuro station on the Yamanote line. It is also just a 3 minute walk from the Metropolitan Hotel Airport Limousine Bus Station, so it has great access to the airport too.
