Een monumentale woning ,1 minuut lopen van de tram en winkelcentrum. Op de beneden etage komt u via een (stijle ) trap (zonder traphek). Hier zijn 3 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer en een separaat toilet. 1 van de slaapkamers ligt aan de tuin. het bed is een twijfelaar. Het karton bed van de foto’s te vervangen voor meer degelijk bed. De andere slaapkamer heeft een 2 personens bed en de andere kamer heeft 2 losse bedden tegen elkaar aan geschoven op de foto maar in de praktijk doe ik ze vaak uit elkaar.

Rustig en bijzonder appartement voor weekendje weg in het bruisende centrum van Rotterdam, tijdelijk werk of symposium bezoek, voor 2 a 3 personen en 10 min lopen van Centraal station, dichtbij museum kwartier en uitgaansleven, de Doelen en de Schouwburg. Het appartement heeft een 2 persoons-slaapkamer met aangrenzende badkamer, een woon-slaapkamer met bedbank en een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Aan de straat kant is een eigen ingang en aan de achterzijde een ingang naar de mooie tuin.

Op 6 minuten lopen is mooi en rustig, historisch Delfshaven. Leuk om te eten en drinken. Looproutes naar centrum kan ik aanbevelen en goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Mijn appartement is, gerenoveerd, vintage ingericht met uitzicht op het Schie-kanaal. Indeling: woonkamer, eetkamer, 2 slaapkamers, 1 slaapkamer met zeer goed twee persoons- (M-line matras) bed, 1 slaapkamer met stapelbed, volledig uitgeruste keuken, wasmachine, badkamer/toilet televisie en een balkon.
