The Old Shop has been transformed with antiques and art into a quaint, quirky cottage from the original farm shop and is a new addition to the Schoemanskloof Retreat guest cottages on Falls Fish Farm (between Machadodorp and Nelspruit) in Mpumalanga, South Africa. Situated conveniently close to the N4, it is about a 40-minute drive to Nelspruit and a 2-hour drive to the Kruger National Park. The cottage can be reached with a normal car via a short dirt road.

There is a natural waterfall and 2 km’s of natural river running through the forest on the property. There are two houses situated on the property - Oak House and Silo Lodge. We are pet friendly for up to 4 small to medium sized breed dogs, which must be well trained.

Carolina is situated in a grass and wetlands region and offers an array of bird life, hiking trails, and watersports. The little town of Carolina is situated on the Johannesburg to Swaziland route and it is also a convenient stopover for guests travelling to and from Kruger National Park and to Drakensberg mountains.

Brentwood Cottage is nestled between Watervalboven and Machadodorp. This cabin offers the ultimate peace and quite with a beautiful dam view. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a single bed. Guests can unwind under the covered patio with outdoor seating and a Weber braai. Please note that the road leading up to the farm isn't suitable for cars with low ground clearance (sport cars).
