Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Il mio alloggio è una tipica casa indipendente di campagna in Toscana, tutta in pietra e legno sapientemente restaurata nel rispetto della tradizione. Si trova nella prima collina di Camaiore a 9 Km dal mare della Versilia e a 25 m di macchina dalla bellissima città di Lucca. Un territorio naturalmente predisposto al "bien vivre" grazie ad un'armonica combinazione fra natura, cultura e buon cibo.Vicina alle città d'arte più iconiche: Pisa, Firenze, Siena, Le 5 Terre, le Alpi Apuane, Pietrasanta

“ANTICO CASALE AL TERE " Elegante villa a 3 km da Camaiore, a 15' di auto da Pietrasanta e dal mare della Versilia, a 20' da Lucca. La villa, ristrutturata recentemente, si sviluppa su più livelli e si completa con uno spazio immerso nel parco, dotato di soggiorno con divano letto, angolo cottura, bagno e camera matrimoniale. Lo stile della villa è ricercato e confortevole e si avvalora nel parco con due piscine (una grande e una piccola), due gazebo arredati e un ping pong. Parcheggio privato.

Arredata con mobili originali e dotata di ogni comfort moderno (aria condizionata, Wi-Fi veloce, asciugamani e lenzuola di alta qualità), offre vista sulla Cattedrale e sulle mura, un piccolo spazio esterno ai piedi del campanile e grandi letti artigianali italiani per un riposo perfetto. Cari ospiti, noi siamo Massimo e Roberta, abbiamo acquistato recentemente questo casolare risalente al 1800, circondato da castagni, vicino al paese di Pruno. Se volete immergervi nella natura questo è il luogo che fa per voi, troverete silenzio e tranquillità. Arriverete con l'auto in questa oasi di pace, accolti dall'ampia terrazza dove godrete del sole tutto il giorno, per finire ammirando il tramonto. Entrando il salottino con il camino d'inverno è molto intimo per leggere un libro .

La villa si trova sulla collina di Montemagno, un piccolo paese vicino alla città di Camaiore, al mare della Versilia e città storiche come Lucca, Pisa e Firenze. E' un casale dell’800 recentemente ristrutturato rispettando le caratteristiche storiche con travi in legno e pavimenti in cotto. La villa è immersa in oliveti e vigneti e dispone di una piscina (12x6) con acqua salata, un luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. Il FIENILE is part of this place.
