The Green Door on Lake Avalon – a cozy, lakeside retreat with dreamy views from every window. Nestled in a peaceful, wooded neighborhood, our retreat is the perfect escape to relax, explore, and unwind in beautiful Bella Vista. Private entrance, a serene bedroom, cozy living area, and kitchenette. Savor quiet mornings on the dock, stargaze beside the fire pit, or take a short drive to Crystal Bridges. If navigating slopes and multiple steps is difficult, this space may not be the best fit.

Off the beaten path, approximately 1 mile down a bumpy dirty road you will find a hidden gem. At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. Welcome to our Bella Vista private basement mini-suite close to Little Sugar, Back 40, Blowing Springs, and Tanyard Creek Trials. Ride your MTB bike a short distance to access Little Sugar right from our suite. We are a short drive to Bella Vista dining, shopping, and golfing. Drive 5 miles to access the northern end of Slaughter Pen Trails. Drive 7 miles to access Coler Preserve North Trail. Interested in birding and beautiful waterfalls - Tanyard Creek is a 1.5-mile drive from the unit.

Kick back and relax in this stylish space built in 2022. Has one queen bed. We added a hot tub! The space has tall ceilings and a kitchenette with a few mini appliances. Enjoy lake view in the winter from the patio where you can hear the boats nearby and enjoy a fire pit and patio seating. The lake is a short walk through the woods on our rustic trail if you are adventurous. Laundry machines available if you get dirty. Short drive to the freeway and world class bike trails.

Only a 10 minute drive to Grove, OK. Please note there are several stairs to get up to the cabin itself (it’s how we get such a beautiful view :).
