Recentemente restaurada, diferencia-se 2 zonas principais no interior do edificio, uma área social, e uma área reservada, de 5 suites.A escassos metros da praia, restaurantes, bares e para apreciadores de peixe, da Lota da Aguda pode fazer caminhadas pelos passadiços ou deslocar-se de comboio. Located in Paredes, in a small village of the Northern Region of Portugal, 20 minutes away from the center of Porto and 30km from the airport. There is a train station 900m away. The house enjoys excellent exposure to sunlight and is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms and another room without a window, each room has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, has two bathrooms and a dining room. It has a balcony all around the house, a huge garden with barbecue and interior space for two cars. The lower part of the house is permanently rented, but only the outside entrance is shared.
