L'ottima posizione, facile da raggiungere, essendo vicino alla fermata degli autobus (tram da Trento a Dermulo per 45 min poi bus per altri 15 min), è l'ideale come base di partenza per le piste da sci: Mendola o Predaia a 15/20 min; Val di Sole o Paganella a 45/60 min; sentiero che porta a S.Romedio; vari laghi della zona E' a 40 Km da Trento, Bolzano, Merano

We live in a large historic residence from the 1600s in the small village fraction of Scanna in the municipality of Livo. We rent 40s qm apartment ideal for 2 adults and a small child. Our guests can share our large garden with us. Small pets extra charge of 5.00 euros per night. Our dog Masha also lives in the house with us. Mandatory provincial tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night; to be paid in cash upon arrival.
