Energieneutraal knus vakantiehuisje

Houten huisje, zelf gebouwd in 2020. Grotendeels met gerecycled materiaal. Op het huisje liggen maar liefst 20 zonnepanelen! De balken en de nok is lekker in het zicht gebleven, wat een ruimtelijk effect geeft. Een stalraampje uit de boerderij waar Karin geboren is, is in de nok verwerkt. De oude gele klinkertjes uit die boerderij vormen het terras, samen met de plavuizen uit de kelder. Als surprise heeft manlief voor Karin een hart gemaakt in het terras! Al met al een fijne plek om te vertoeven

Private Cosy house, along the water with canoes!

Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Guesthouse /25 min. to centre Amsterdam/free bikes

Our guesthouse is located in a dead-end street just a 10-minute walk away from the centre of Zaandam (with restaurants, bars and shops). Free parking . The guesthouse is in our backyard, which is so quite that you think you are in the countryside instead of just 30 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam which is very easy to be reached. Your stay is including 2 free bikes! The house is private and comfortable. Our prices are including Euro 5 tourist tax per person/night. So no additional charges!

Het huisje beschikt over een gezellige woonkamer en open keuken, alwaar vloerverwarming is. Een TV is aanwezig, welke alleen te gebruiken is met de Chromecast(is aanwezig). Douche en toilet zijn aanwezig. Boven is er slaapgelegenheid voor 3 personen. Ook kunt u zitten op onze sfeervolle veranda; leuk om te ontbijten, eten of een boek te lezen. In de tuin zijn meerdere knusse hoekjes om in te zitten. Komt u met de boot? Geen probleem, naast het huisje is er de mogelijkheid uw boot aan te leggen.

It’s the perfect place for exploring the city and surroundings. The cottage is fully modernised. Situated in the countryside, a light and modern studio with amazing view. The studio has a queen size bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Airconditioned. It’s decorated with modern art and vintage details. From the studio you will step out on your private terrace. Studio offers free coffee and tea as well as free WiFi. Breakfast is available upon request (€12,50 per person). Situated 25 minutes from Amsterdam. Please note the studio is best accessible by car.

It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

Cosy "Pelican Dune", minutes away from the beach.

"Pelican Dune" is a newly available small holiday home only a few hundred meters away from the beach. This comfortable house is located at Dobbelmanduin in the beautiful village Noordwijk aan Zee. Dobbelmanduin is a peaceful neighborhood. The main shopping street with plenty of shops, a supermarket and bakery are only a few minutes walk away. So are the 2 main boulevards with the restaurants and bars. Pelican Dune has his own entrance.

Beach House Parallel (free Parking) near the sea

Beach House Parallel is only 100 meter from the beach. Private entrance. You have your own living room, kitchen block, bedroom and bathroom. The Boulevard with bars and restaurants, the main street with shops & boutiques are only a 5 minute walk from the house. There is room for 2 people and a baby up to 3 years (baby bed) Note that the house is near the promenade and it can therefore be a bit noisy from the road

Genieten van een huisje met omheinde tuin. Jullie verblijven in ons mooie huisje in industriële stijl met tuinkamer en een 5-persoons jacuzzi. In de tuin staat de barrelsauna met buitendouche. Er liggen grote badlakens en badjassen klaar. De guesthouse heeft een fijne zithoek met smart-TV met netflix Aan alles is gedacht… genieten Geen extra kosten voor de jacuzzi en sauna. Deze staat geheel tot jullie beschikking.

Renovated “Sand” near the beach!

Mijn compleet gerenoveerd zomerhuisje staat op kleine loopafstand van het gezellige dorpscentrum, het strand, de zee en de duinen. Ik heb erg veel liefde en aandacht besteed aan de inrichting, het huisje is van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. (geniet maar van de vloerverwarming :) De prive ingang brengt je op een sfeervol buitenplaatsje met eigen toegang. Ik heb een sleutel kastje voor eventueel zelf-check in.
