We built this 2 level home 6 years ago and it is located on Washington St in the towns Historic district. The home is set back from street with a long country style driveway. We designed it with large windows in all rooms, welcoming the sunlight and peaceful setting. Access to clean and empty garage for storage (No parking). We have no personal items in the guest level - all closets and dressers are empty and yours for full use! Co Host reside in lower separate entrance suite. Nothing Shared.

Only a 5 minute walk to Ashmont station (red line), which takes you directly into Downtown Boston, Harvard Square, South Boston, Kendall/MIT, U Mass. There’s also plenty of parking available in front of the property. As well as a local coffee shop & a Dunkin just across Ashmont T station.

Sorry, no vaping and no smokers - even if you smoke outside - because smoke odor on you or your clothes can be left in your wake in the room. No open flame.

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of our driveway, this tiny house is part of our family compound and working horse farm. We have many animals. Enjoy your space, knowing we are just 50 yards away should you need anything. This is a true tiny house experience. The kitchenette has everything you need. The sleep loft is accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling. Disclaimer there is no door on the toilet, which is tucked away in the kitchen area. WiFi connection is not guaranteed.
