It’s centrally located between Bandy Creek, Leatherwood Ford, and Station Camp. There is a BSF trailhead in our community for horses/hikers/bikes/kayaks. Easily sleeps 5+ with plenty of other space for additional guests using cots/air mattress. Keep your horses in YOUR 2 stall barn right next to the house. Kick back, relax & ride at Norma’s Pond. Centrally-located between Brimstone, TWRA & Royal Blue, Norma’s Pond is located on an ATV authorized route so there’s no need to trailer your ATV. The closest TWRA trail is 3/4 mile from the driveway. The Eternal Flame trail head is 3.5 miles. Brimstone is a 3 mile ride via ATV authorized route to trail 25. Windrock Carryville flats are 16 miles via TWRA trails. El Rey Azteca Mexican restaurant in Pioneer is 15 miles via trails & ATV authorized route.

This home is conveniently located 15 min east of I-75, just off Hwy. 63 (Baker Hwy). Close to groceries, gas & restaurants. Ideal for Brimstone riders who want to ride directly to the trails and perfect for families looking to enjoy the outdoors. 3BDR/1.5 Bath fully equipped with WIFI & DirectTV. Ultimate Brimstone Basecamp-SXS Wash-Private River

Built specifically for Riders and Hunters! NO HAUL ACCESS to brimstone and TWRA trails. Large & secluded-plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Plan days with the large print map. Hose your machine at on-site wash station, air up with wall-mounted compressor, then hit the river rope swing or kayaks! Sleeps up to 6 with a king master and two loft bedrooms (queen beds) accessed by ladder, rock wall, or loft hatch. Smart TVs in all rooms, fast fiber WiFi. Large adults may struggle with lofts.

Appalachian Mountain Log Cabin (Private Retreat)

The Cabin at GoodSoil Farm is the perfect solo get-a-way! This cozy hand built log cabin is just right for reading, reflecting, retreating, and resting. The Cabin sits as the centerpiece of our working mini-farm and comes replete with rocking chairs on the porch, a gurgling creek nearby, a stunning mountain view, and room to explore. Read a book, strum guitars, prop up your feet, put on some coffee & leave your cares behind. We are exempt by Airbnb from hosting Service Animals of any kind.

Access to miles of trails Just up the street no trailering! Awesome views and great place to unwind after a great day of riding. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Can ride to a gas station and trails to restaurants. There is access to north Cumberland trails about 2 miles from the property. You can access brimstone takes about 15 to 20 mins. You can be at RRB in about 40 mins. Windrock is about 45 mins by road or dirt road and 3 ish hours by trail. You can also access tackett creek.

The Ambleside Cottage

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feels like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

Rider's Lodge: A SXS Retreat

An ATV riders paradise!! This is a 7 bed, 5 1/2 bath built for riders to enjoy and can sleep up to 20 people comfortably. With direct access to Brimstone trails, you won't have to trailer to your favorite place to ride. There are plenty of places to park all of the trucks and trailers and this property features a turnaround for your convenience. Table shuffle board, dart board, horse shoes, and fire pit are just some of the many features for your stay while not riding.

Elk Ridge Sunset Retreat

There's access to miles and miles of Trails. No trailering required. Private pond. Awesome views. Plenty of parking. Can ride to a gas station and take trails to restaurants. There is access to north Cumberland trails about 2 miles from the property. You can access brimstone via Norma Rd. Takes about 15 mins. We are located in the royal blue unit. Beds have linens pillows, bath has towels soap shampoo conditioner. Grill. Lp fire pit on porch.
