A relaxing 20-minute ferry trip from West Seattle or Water Taxi from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private cozy, Studio cottage with sweeping views of the Sound. Watch the ferries go by, relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, a forest hiking trail with sea and Mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Please note: The parking lot is a few minute walk from the cottage.

This jewel of an island is located a quick 20 minute ferry boat ride from Seattle but is a paradise getaway from the bustle of life. The house, comfortable but elegant, has a truly breathtaking panoramic view of the Puget Sound and a private deck where you can sit back and watch the sun rise or set. Please Note: Because of Covid-19, we stipulate one day between the departure of a guest and the arrival of the next guest to allow our housecleaner adequate time to safely clean the house.

Westside Cabin

Our place is just a few miles from the Fauntleroy/Vashon ferry terminal, and minutes from the town of Vashon. Tucked snuggly on the West side of the island, the cabin looks west over Colvos Passage. The cabin itself is essentially a spacious studio-- one large room with a loft, a small kitchen, and bathroom. A queen size bed is in the loft, and the couch comfortably sleeps one person. The bathroom has a large clawfoot soaking tub, and there is an outdoor shower. It is extremely cozy!

New construction and high ceilings offer a unique setting to enjoy a coffee or cocktail on the rooftop deck, games or a meal on the 10 foot walnut dinning table, and movies and sports on the 56 inch TV. This modernized mid-century property sits on over 1.5 acres with small orchard and abundant wildlife of land and sea.  Enjoy the amenities of a waterfront lifestyle with 5 kayaks and 2 SUP to explore Filucy Bay and beyond. Sit by the wood burning fireplace during those chilly PNW evenings or relax on the comfortable deck furniture.

Vashon Beach House- KVI Waterfront

Welcome to the Vashon Beach House. Located on sought after sandy KVI Beach. No high bank bluffs or trails. This is the only waterfront house located at beach level in the area. The home has been in our family for over 100 years. The flavor is Northwest Beach while also trying to make your stay as comfortable as we can. Our home boasts hand-hewn original rustic beams, yet also offers full wifi, TV with Netflix / Amazon Prime/ Hulu: Sonos speakers.

Mt. Rainier View Guest Suite

A very safe and quiet single family residence neighborhood, not congested with traffic or people. It is located an easy drive or even a walk to restaurants, shopping, library and entertainment. It is very close to major roadways into the city of Seattle in 20 minutes and the SeaTac airport in 8 minutes and Light Rail. It is also very near to multiple parks and hiking trails as well as off-shore fishing spots.

Enjoy a relaxing lakefront stay in a quiet forest setting. Only minutes from shopping, food, entertainment, and beaches. Centrally located between Tacoma and Seattle, about 20 minutes from SeaTac Airport. Swim, canoe, kayak, fish (license required), walk through the forest, or just relax by the fire pit and watch the wildlife. Free Parking! $25 pet cleaning fee. No Parties allowed per house rules.
