Convenient location to get to the famed Aggie North Gate, Santa’s Wonderland, American GI and Children’s Museums and the Downtown Bryan Historic City Center featuring the historic Queen Theater w/ boutique shops and eateries!

This 4BR/3BA secluded home is tucked away on a heavily wooded, fenced 10 acre tract, surrounded by towering post oaks, located only 14 miles from Kyle Field. This is the perfect spot for a Game Day weekend, quiet business trip, family gathering or romantic getaway. There is a fire pit with firewood provided. We do not limit to 10 guests, but we offer that the house will comfortably sleep 10. The property is fenced, but will not contain pets. Family/friend gatherings are welcome.

Just 45 minutes from Texas A&M University in College Station and 40 minutes from Sam Houston University in Huntsville. Enjoy golf on the beautiful course with plenty of trees for shade. We have golf clubs available for rental.
