As a guest at Annie’s Place, enjoy access to a tastefully, renovated 3 room apartment, including a fully equipped kitchen, living room, sofa with 2 recliners, a spacious bedroom, ​walk-in closet, full bath, TV & Internet. There is a seasonal front porch and mudroom for convenience. Meticulously maintained and located in the downtown village area. Simply park and walk to specialty shops, restaurants & the Bridge of Flowers. Shelburne Falls, designated as one of the 15 “Great Places in America.”

Private guest apartment located on quiet dead end street on 1 acre of tree lined land. Super spacious and full of character , this first floor apartment is centrally located between MassMoCA and MCLA, and only one block from downtown North Adams . The main bedroom has a queen sized bed. The spare room, off of the living room , is smaller but has enough space for a comfy full size bed, and a closet . The pullout sofa in the living room also sleeps 2. A perfect spot for your Berkshire getaway!

Suite 23 - Spacious Sunny 2-BR with Mountain view

Our happy place is a 5 minute walk to Berkshire East/Thunder Mountain . An 8 minute walk to the Deerfield River for guided fishing tours with Hilltown Anglers, kayaks, ,whitewater rafting. 10 minute walk to town and shuttle for tubing. A 5 minute drive to local wedding venues. We provide a full kitchen with all cooking essentials, a private picnic area with charcoal grill (charcoal provided). We reside at the single family home on property and we’re excited to share our Suite 23 !

Berkshire Mountain Top Chalet

Amazing mountain top lodge with beautiful views, and majestic log interior. Soaring ceilings, dramatic stone fireplace, and many more amazing amenities such as blazing fast internet, multiple decks, and hot tub. This gorgeous lodge is located near all The Berkshires has to offer—resplendent nature with waterfalls, hiking trails; cultural institutions such as Mass MoCA, and the Clark Institute; adventures such as zip-lining, white-water rafting, and skiing—it is the ultimate place for you.

The Beer Diviner Brewery Apartment

The apartment is entire upstairs of back of our farm brewery & taproom. Open space includes living/dining/work space & bedroom; bathroom has small claw foot tub with shower. Queen-sized memory foam bed; twin day bed (extra twin mattress beneath). HD TV, wifi, private deck, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot tea kettle and k-cup coffeemaker. Complimentary pint of craft beer in taproom. Located in a private setting in a hollow in the Taconic Mountains.

Near Ski & restaurants! 4 bedroom apartment tucked away on a hilltop oasis above Mass MoCA (3 mins by foot). 10 mins drive to Williams College & Clark. Whimsically restored (fast Wi-Fi & great water pressure). Fully private with no shared spaces + outdoor Sauna! Your stay’s proceeds allow us to host refugee/immigrant musicians pro bono year-round at @chasehillartistretreat Note: more dates are often available beyond what the calendar shows. Sunny, light filled loft in 1873 Colonial

Relax in our bright, very spacious, and quiet loft, on six open acres. Lounge on the stone terrace, under the stars, by a cozy fire, near the garden. 35 min to Northampton, 35 min to MassMoca, 10 min to Berk. East. Pellet stove, Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, streaming options, and cell coverage. Fully outfitted kitchen with home made granola, and assorted beverages. Two hybrid bikes available for use. There are 3, 5-ft long skylights, and a cathedral ceiling= much natural light!

Spacious Victorian duplex near MASSMoCA, MCLA (19)

This gorgeous late 19th century Victorian duplex recently under went a complete renovation. Situated on a lovely quiet street directly across from MCLA, it is within walking distance to MASSMoCA and only a short drive to Williams College, The Clark Institute. Nearby you'll also find numerous ski resorts, including Jiminy Peak, Mt Snow, and Ski Butternut among others. This is a new endeavor for us, and we very much look forward to hosting you in our beautiful house.

Overlooking the city in a quiet 7 unit building.

This is a quiet, 7 unit, newly renovated condominium building. We welcome quiet guests who will appreciate a relaxing stay and be conscious of others around them. We are within walking distance to the countries largest contemporary art museum. The 2nd floor is an open plan divided by the stair case. Each side has a queen bed, its own closet. The full bathroom is shared with the two beds. This is a loft, there are no full walls between the two sides of the loft.

This beautiful retreat is halfway between the ski slopes of southern Vermont and the cultural centers of Williamstown and North Adams, MA. The residence is a modern, spacious, basement apartment, part of an 1860 farm house. It has its own private entrance around the back of the house at ground level. Solar garden lights and motion detector lighting will illuminate your path to the apartment.
