Enjoy a quiet evening by the fire after a long day on the slopes or soak in the oversize soaking tub! Stroller, changing table and a pack-n-play included.

This centrally-located house has the best of both worlds— you can stay busy with a walk to the shops and restaurants on Broadway (12 min walk), stroll over to the art district on Beekman (8 min walk), take a short drive or bike ride to the State Park/SPAC (6 min) or enjoy the vibrancy of the Saratoga Race Track (7 min drive). When you need a quiet place to relax, you can return home to sit on the patio while your children play in the yard or cozy up on the couch to watch a movie on the 65” TV.

Enjoy an old-fashioned vacation right across the street from the Hudson river. Watch the tides, boats, and barges pass by. Dining, kayaking within walking. Historic Hudson, Olana just 10 min. drive. This is a house to relax, use as a base for other activities. It is not intended as a place to party.. It is a quiet neighborhood. I expect my guests to respect that. There is a weekend special. Property features a long rolling hill perfect for sleigh riding or 75' slip n slide, tennis court, firepit, and 5 acres of Green Mountain Nat'l forest and brook. Home has 3 bedrooms + loft area.. 5 miles to Mount Snow, and minutes to golf course, bars/restaurants and lakes. This house is action packed inside and out with hot tub, 200' zipline and "unlock the box" scavenger hunt.

Tree Top Suite, cozy downtown apartment

This is an entire apartment, close to downtown. It is on the third floor, so you will have to walk up two flights of stairs. Because there are dormers (peaked areas in the ceiling), especially tall people might feel a little cramped in this space. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a living area that includes a kitchenette, dining area, seating area and a smart TV with a fire stick, and a large bathroom. Outdoor seating on the front porch is for your use only.

Downtown 2 BR 1.5 Bath Townhouse Retreat 3 beds

Conveniently located townhouse that is a short walk to restaurants and shops. Easy access to public transportation with a bus stop by the end of the street. Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, living room, 1/2 bath and laundry, on the first floor. The second floor has a shower, bedroom #1 has a queen bed and bedroom #2 has a queen and a twin. A/C units during summer months. Off street parking and self check in. Pack n play and toddler bed available upon request.
