Enjoy your stay on the island Samos in our beautiful small place, called Phil (greek letters: ΦΙΛ). Our house, which consists of four Maisonette Apartments (three of them with sea view) is located in Ireon Bay on beautiful Potokaki beach. Relax on the terraces of your bedroom and your living room with the sound of the the calm waves of the Mediterrean Sea. Walk downstairs and take a free sunbed on the beach or have a coffee or cocktail in our small and cozy beachbar (only open during daytime)

Alfa house w/ view & barbeque in Pythagorion

Set in a 20th Century standing building, has housed 3 generations of our family, from our grandparents to me and my sister. Οur grandfather was a carpenter and so my father learned the art. The house is completely renovated by my father and everything is made in our carpentry shop . It's a 5min walk to the Archaeological Museum of Pythagorion and the port of Pythagorion. The Eupalinian aqueduct and the airport are 5-6 minutes by car and we provide free parking, that's rare for Pythagorion.

Zannel Seaside Serenity invites you to its new accommodation. A simple traditional building, recently renovated, made entirely of slate stone. It is 200 years old and was used by the cultivators as accommodation for the farmers in winter and summer. Visitors entering the space are mentally transported to the past and live in its atmosphere.
