Inspired by the humble complexity of the Cycladic vernacular, the 4 en-suite bedrooms have unobstructed views towards the Aegean sea and unfolds around an outdoors living area that can be used throughout the day in the true spirit of laid-back summer living.Shaded outdoor living spaces by two large pergolas, an outdoor dining area and a Jacuzzi lounge area .The whole design in accordance with Tinos island tradition and local craftsmanship.

Villa Asterias is part of Alos Residence which consists of 3 independent villas designed externally according to Cycladic architecture with modern interior. Enjoy the infinity pool, which is common for all villas, with a unique view of Aegean sea. Villa is divided in 2 levels connected with internal stairs. Wooden floors, design tiles and marble, modern kitchen and furniture, create an ideal environment for relaxing. Outdoor dining area under pergola offers a panoramic view of the Aegean Sea.

In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).
