The 3rd level can be used to accommodate children or extra guests. The top level is home to an amazing view. Nice place to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening sunset. A peaceful Harbour view! Recently remodeled! New second story addition! An Amish built lighthouse that has been furnished and is tucked away in the county but only 15 min from downtown and APSU. The heating and cooling is an in-wall unit as well as a space heater. It's situated on a pond across a foot bridge from the barn. Behind is 4 acres of trees with trails through it that run up to a cattle pasture. There is plenty of space to roam with a play set to entertain the kids.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and cared for by the Calvert Marine Museum (CMM), the Cove Point Lighthouse historic site has been lovingly restored and re-purposed so that it can be enjoyed by all. The active lighthouse and keeper's home sit on a seven-acre point of land in one of the narrowest points of the Chesapeake Bay.
