This charming cottage is in a sequestered back yard. Aiken is an historic town that was the winter destination for wealthy northerners who built homes here, brought their horses for polo and thoroughbred racing...a tradition that is carried on today. There are theaters, golf courses, and a branch of the University a mile away. Aiken is located outside of Augusta, Ga. The cottage is casual, comfortable, and offers peace and quiet in a safe area. Private driveway and parking for two cars.

This comfortably furnished home with 2 beds and 1 bath is located close to the Augusta National and the medical district. There's a king bed in one bedroom and two full beds in the other. The updated kitchen features new appliances, there's a covered front porch, an enclosed back yard, and the most comfortable beds you'll ever sleep on. The home is located close to shopping and restaurants and is less than 5 miles to downtown Augusta and the medical district. Pets welcome with $40 fee per pet.

Built in 1987 this homes feature Solid hard pine wood floors, 12 ft high ceilings and long double hung wood windows. They don’t make them to last like this anymore. The neighborhood is historic with old tree lined streets , southern hospitality on display complete with waving neighbors sitting on their front porches. A small village is close by that boasts a tap room restaurant, yoga and a coffee shop.
