Welcome to our home! This space features a private entrance, its own garden patio and a newly renovated bathroom. We have decorated this fully furnished suite with thoughtful touches and provide a locals guide to dining and entertainment in the area. We are across the street from historic Charles Towne Landing, 5 miles from downtown Charleston, 8 miles from Magnolia Plantation, 12 miles from Folly Beach and 15 minutes from the airport. We are fully permitted by the city of Charleston.

The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

N Charleston Park Circle Private Entrance and Bath

Stay in a very clean, private master suite with big backyard and private entrance, huge bedroom and bathroom featuring a large stone tiled shower with strong pressure! **Please note I live in the front of house, your private own entrance is in the backyard. Neighborhood is close to historic North Charleston Downtown with tons of bars and restaurants on East Montague. About 20 minutes to the beach (Isle of Palms) and 15 to downtown! Now with a window AC unit just in time for summer!

Welcome to Jasmine House! Located in Park Circle, a vibrant community filled with great restaurants, all inclusive parks, and concert venues. Riverfront Park, home to many great events and concerts, is within walking distance. Credit One Stadium is just a short drive away. ParkCircle neighborhood is very close to all that Charleston offers. Less than 15 minutes to Downtown and 20 minutes to the beaches make this a very desirable location. My home is located right across the street from the Ashley river.

We are pet friendly with a small $50 pet fee (total for stay, not per night).
