This house is perched on a hill and features an amazing unobstructed view of the inner harbour and mountains. Enjoy the view from the outdoor table on the private deck or while sitting on the sofa. There is a well-stocked grocery store (Mavericks) with adjacent cold beer/wine/liquor one minute away (by car). House is situated on 15 acres of mostly forest with a small creek running through the back yard, a two-minute walk from Tlell's Crow's Nest cafe/grocery store.
