Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

North Conway private, wooded in-town location

Our home sits on top of a hill looking down over a very quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of North Conway, between North Conway Village and Intervale/Kearsarge. The house sits on 1/2 acre of wooded land with a long dirt driveway leading up to a parking area that can accommodate 2-4 cars. Our home has direct access to the Whitaker Woods trail system that runs from Kearsarge to North Conway Village. We are also a short walk to the Moat restaurant and Stonehurst/Wild Rose restaurant.

Comfortably sleeps 8; perfect for 1-2 families or a getaway with friends.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Well-appointed home offering all you will need on your getaway no matter the season. CloverCroft, a 200+/- year old farmhouse, is located in the rich farmland of the Saco River Valley at the foot of the White Mountains. We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.) COME ENJOY PRIVACY AND THE GREAT OUTDOORS. There are many summer and winter activities very close by and we look forward to hosting you.
