A cosy space for two filled with character and charm, the cottage has a lounge with logburner, kitchen diner, master bedroom with cinema-style projector and separate bathroom.

If you want peace and solitude with stunning sunset views in a comfy, lived-in, dog-friendly place of your own Copy Wood Cottage is your ideal location. Situated on a steep hill above the Derwent Valley, it’s a short drive or good walk to Chatsworth and Bakewell and Matlock. Nestled on the edge of Beeley Moor Copy Wood sits below woodland and is surrounded by fields grazed by sheep. A short walk down brings to Rowsley village. We now have an EV Charger for guest’s use, just contact me on cost.

A spacious living and dining area with doors opening out onto a patio with a Hot Tub for four people & private garden. The house has comfy beds, boho decor & is really warm and cosy in winter.

Pepper Cottage is a stylish yet traditional workman's cottage with a modern garden room extension situated on Church Street, about 5-10mins walk into the centre of Matlock. It is ideal for dog-owners as it has a fenced garden and easy access to the High & Pic Tor for walks with fantastic views across Matlock & down to Matlock Bath. The front of the cottage looks up to Riber Castle. There is a lockable garden shed for bikes. Ideal for couples & families with older children.

Excellent walks nearby Hallmoor woods & Ladygrove Reservoirs..

Rita’s Retreat is set on a working small holding, with lovely views across the fields, and sheep grazing close by. Inside is a handmade double bed, made locally, a full size shower with sink and WC and heated towel rail, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and Smart TV. This carefully renovated forge is perfect for a break in the beautiful southern borders of the Peak District National Park. Fabulously converted, this cottage offers an open plan living space with a cosy wood burner, and wonderful views over the open countryside. Upstairs you will find a double bedroom en-suite with a contemporary bathroom offering a shower/bath to soak in after a busy day in the Peaks.

The flat sleeps four comfortably (There are black-out blinds in each bedroom) and has its own entrance. Outside there is a patio with table and seating for 4 plus a barbecue and use of a fire pit if required.
