The property has its own private dock accessible for personal motor boat use and is equipped with a Canoe, 2 Kayaks, and Pedal Boat for guest use! 5 mins to Downtown Saranac Lake and 20 mins to Lake Placid. Very cute cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. Good side yard with outdoor furniture. Enclosed porch for rainy days. Huge soaking tub. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We do not charge a pet fee but will charge for any damages incurred. This is a cottage next to where we live. We are self check in but you may run into us.

A great location, it is a short drive to downtown restaurants and shops, the University of Vermont, and parks on beautiful Lake Champlain including Oak Ledge and Red Rocks. Gorgeous hikes, ski areas and small Vermont villages are a short drive, with easy access to 1-89. Enjoy our warm and charming home!
