A free standing 1 bedroom beach side villa. Brand new build with old island charm, steps from pink sands beach and views out over the blue Bahamian waters. *Update April 23,2025 we have installed a battery backup system which can power the unit for up to 36 hours in the case of power outages. It is a seamless transition when the power goes out, it doesn't even reset the Internet modem so you'll never even know the power is out.

'Cozy Villa' is set back closer to the road and the second House, 'Seaside Cottage' is directly on the water.
