Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Guests have their own entrance to the downstairs Studio and your hosts live on the premises above ( You may hear the occasional footsteps !) Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

A cosy ground floor apt, in a complex of 4 on a quiet cul de sac, local to some of the best spots in Perth. A short walk to the train station, beach & river. Catch the train to Fremantle, (one stop) which takes you directly to the Ferri for a day trip to Rottnest or to some of perths best local bars, cafes & restaurants. The separate upper floors are occupied by hosts and their friendly pet Whippet.
