The Property: The property is surrounded by three beaches. The Miramar Beach, The Dona Paula Beach and the Bambolim Beach. Miramar Beach is 5 mins walk and the other two beaches are at 10 minutes’ drive. Towards the downside of the capital is Dona Paula, which is a small town with many resorts that was earlier a fishing village. Dona Paula is the place where the estuaries of Zuari and Mandovi meet into the Arabian Sea. We have a beautiful 3BHK Bungalow in the heart of the Panjim city With Portuguese characteristics in its architecture, the society is painted in the Mediterranean colors like white, blue, green and yellow. Our rooms, located in a two storied heritage structure are large & spacious with their own private sit-out area. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and have attached bathrooms. All the three bedrooms over sees the swimming (website hidden) is fully equipped with Microwave , fridge, utensils, pressure cooker and all other kitchen amenities one would require. The property can accommodate 10 persons ( adults + Kids). Attractions: 1.Doña Paula jetty 2.Science center ( for kids) 3.Carenzalem Garden ( for kids) 4.Miramar beach across the road 5.Panjim market. 6.Birds sanctuary ( one has to cross the sea by jetty) it's on an island 7.Inox multiplex. 8.Bambolim beach' 9.Water sports at doña Paula. 10.The famous casino. (website hidden) shopping market for cashews.( discounted rates). 12.Authentic Goan restaurants- tried and tasted. Location – neighborhood description: This residential society is fully secured; the entrance is manned by a security guard. There is ample of parking for your private or rental car. The neighborhood is enriched with the essence of locals. It for sure leaves you with a feeling of a localite in Goa The vegetable market, the super market, cyber café, ATM centres, liquor shops, authentic restaurants are all at walkable distance. Amenities: •Cable TV •Telephone. • Swimming pool •Laundry service on request •Free Wi-Fi broadband Internet connection. •The ironing board and iron Rented Cars and Bike: I will provide information on the most reliable rental services for those who would like to hire a self-driven or Chauffer driven car. After the confirm booking I will share the contact details so that you can negotiate as per your requirement. You are connected: The Central Bus Terminus of Panjim which is just 3 km away. At the Central Bus Terminus one can get a bus, taxi or motorcycle taxi to all the locations. You can fetch the Bus every 5 mins by walking 500 mtrs away from the property. Care has been taken to provide all amenities that I would have personally wanted in my home. I would welcome any suggestions from my guest on any possible improvements or any additional equipment desirable. I want my guest to be at home and more importantly treat the property the way they would do their own home.
