Lake House Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Lovely Waterfront one bedroom one bathroom apartment. Perfect place to get away and fish, boat, bird watch or just relax. Privately placed at the north end of Lake Palestine. Nicely decorated with comfortable touches. Comes with a private patio deck and a waterfront dock with a covered boat slip. Please be sure to carefully read the directions section before your arrival. Lastly this is a lake front property, especially in the spring and summertime there can be a lot of flying insects.

The bathroom off the hallway has a toilet & sink. The bathroom in the main bedroom has a tub/shower & vanity. the futon in the sunroom that will open to make a full size bed.

After a fun day at Lake Palestine, River Run Mud Park, or Pine Dunes Golf course, kick back, relax and watch the large smart TV. You can cook out on the patio. You are centrally located within 25 minutes or less of Tyler, Jacksonville, Palestine, and Athens. This home is clean, comfortable with complimentary snacks & some toiletries items. East Texas private Bass lake. Cabin is 40 yards from lake but not directly on the water. 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Our cabin is clean, simple, quaint, and fully furnished. The AC/heat is split units with ceiling fans in each room. Come sit on the front porch, relax on the swing, or use the charcoal grill and fire pit. The cabin can be rented for 1 to 4 people. Your stay includes free boat rental, trolling motor and battery. 2 hrs from DFW and Shreveport.

Relaxing Treehouse Getaway

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This tree house is sitting on stilts among trees where a beautiful oak tree comes through the elevated outside dining patio area. The tree house is located on our 15 acres of wooded property with approx. 1 mile in walking trails in the woods on the property for exploring and observing wildlife. Our guests frequently notice our deer and other woodland creatures who share this space with us.
