My partner and I lived in this beautiful apartment for 8 years and we love sharing this special place with guests. The studio is behind our classic Fitzroy two storey terrace, surrounded by iconic Gertrude, Smith, Johnston and Brunswick Streets with trams and supermarkets minutes away. Outside your door are parks, art, culture, shopping, pubs, bars, restaurants. Also close to hospitals, universities, sporting and entertainment venues. Our studio is good for couples, solo and business travellers. Entry to our studio is via our garage located on a quiet, well-lit laneway; we offer a visitors parking permit.

As we are walking distance from the CBD there in street parking only, 1-2 hours - there is no free parking at the property. No kitchen - has hotel style coffee machine & frother, toaster, microwave, cereals & small fridge.

The old stables in Fitzroy North. Our space is a renovated old stables situated at the back of our home in Fitzroy north. The two properties are kept separate, so the house is all yours for the duration of your stay. We designed the space to feel as though it is connected to the garden, the wooden ceiling and large glass sliding doors open up to let nature in. This is a place for relaxation, a retreat that is still close to the fun of the city.
