We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

This suite is located in the lower level of our home, and you’ll have your own private entrance, queen bed, fireplace, desk, fridge, and full bathroom.

This is a private two bedroom one bathroom second floor suite in the owner occupied Tudor style Parker River House. Minutes from downtown Newburyport, the train to Boston, The Governor’s Academy and many outdoor recreational opportunities, the unit overlooks the Parker River and the Great Marsh. It offers a seasonal sleeping porch, a luxurious marble bathroom, large outside deck with a dining table, in unit laundry, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Private entrance and adjacent parking.

Conveniently located, less than an 8-minute ride from downtown Salem. Please note: There is a separate Airbnb unit located upstairs in the main house, with its own private entrance. You will not have any direct interaction with other guests, but you will occasionally hear some noise from the other unit.

Just north of Boston, our home is a mid century ranch we renovated in 2019. The Airbnb is a spacious ground floor living space surrounded by a private cove that is truly breathtaking. 1000 square feet of sunlit comfort. Enjoy the sound of the waves, stunning sunrises and a landscaped back patio that abuts our cliff. In the summer take advantage of the town beach down the street. Ours is a cozy, 2 bedroom & living room suite in an antique garden cottage with private bath and entrance and on site parking. It is attached to our home but is a separate private space with no shared living areas and its own patio English Garden. It is situated on 2 floors (bathroom upstairs). It is a short walk to beaches, shops, restaurants & historic sites. The suite has a small breakfast table, microwave, minifrig, Keurig, electric kettle & toaster, but not a full kitchen.

Ocean Park Retreat

Bright and cheery 1 bedroom ground floor apartment with two+ car parking on quiet street in Marblehead's Ocean Park neighborhood, just steps from the ocean. Full size bed and pull-out full-size sofa in living room, private bathroom with in-floor heating, kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, sink, double induction cook-top, refrigerator, and toaster oven.
