Guests will enjoy a private waterfront backyard with a BBQ, fire pit and dock. Boat docking is sometimes possible to accommodate upon request.

Fully equipped kitchen. The laundry is on the same level & private full bathroom for the in law suite guests only. Lovely back yard. Guests can use the exercise room equipped w/treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical & weights, etc.

Hot tub in private cedar gazebo with 180 view of a bush and large back and side yards or if you prefer more privacy curtains can be drawn all around. Gazebo is heated by a propane fireplace. Peaceful neighbourhood in Clarence Point, nice trails and area to go for walks. When time permits, we also offer a complimentary 20 min guided tour of the area aboard a 6 seater ATV. Bring warm clothing!
