Longbourne Lodge has been designed to offer you the best of accommodation experiences. You can view the picturesque scenes of the Taieri Plains from your deck, and enjoy a country quiet night's sleep in our comfortable beds. Being only 4km from the restaurants and cafes, you could dine out in a different place every night. Alternatively, you could create your own favourite meals in your studio, and dine on the deck enjoying a fine Otago wine as you watch the sun slip slowly behind the hills.

Stay with us in beautiful Deborah Bay on our 7 acres lifestyle block.We are 64 meters up on the hill, the view is very nice. Our sleepout is a small but new, warm, well insulated 1 bedroom unit. We have the biggest, most comfortable bed ever. We offer a super king size mattress with freshly washed linen, dried by the southern wind. No kitchen, only a microwave, toaster and a fridge. Great quality bikes are available for rent. Only 18mins from Dunedin and 3 mins from caffees and shops.

Bungalow by the Sea

Please note we also have a small studio on the same property (Seaside Studio) which can accommodate 2 guests. We are pet friendly but please notify us when bringing a dog. Bedding is required - pets are not allowed on beds. Our property is close to a beautiful beach which is accessed by a private track through dunes. It is 20 minutes from Dunedin's airport and a 15 minutes drive to Dunedin's CBD. Listen to the waves at night and walk the sandy Ocean View beach by day.

Coastal Soul Karitane No cleaning fee, winter Spec

Coastal Soul came into existence when my husband living at home with Alzheimers and I felt I needed to have something else in my life as well. Our little unit/cottage where a family friend had been living became vacant and I had the perfect recipe for looking after my soul, redecorate and give the cottage a new lease in life as well as myself, unfortunately my husband has passed on but his memory will always be part of the cottage.

Perfect little get away pad in Brighton. With a renovated bathroom and kitchen, this one bedroom with two king single beds. It is great for a couple. A view of the ocean from the livingroom and deck and a 2 minute walk to the beach. It is an old weatherboard charmer, with quirks reflecting its age. It is insulated and a cosy heatpump will keep the chill at bay on a stormy day. Please note that the fire place is not available

St Clair Heights

Sunny 3 bedroom house located in a quiet residential area in St Clair. Lounge and dining room look out onto a scenic vista with deck and steps leading down to a private secluded garden setting with harbour views. House boasts modern décor with quality features throughout. Updated kitchen, new bathroom with 1 toilet. Extra toilet is available , however it is also accessed from the bathroom.
